This mod seems to cover much of what NMC does, but also includes the DLCs. It makes the far-off distance look much, much better. This mod makes a BIG difference in my opinion. It will bring NPCs up to speed graphically. Eventually, I'll try to make a decently comprehensive guide to get it all working (unless someone just drops in with a link to someone that has already done this) TL DR, let's make a list of mods that go together to make Fallout 3 stunningly beautiful. If any amazing mods dont' work with Windows 8, it will make me sad certainly, but since most people will be able to use it, post away! So far I've seen no issues besides some setup beforehand to get fallout working in general, but I don't think that was exclusive to modding. They all go together but like I said, I feel like I'm lacking a lot of parts to fully improve the graphics of my game.ДЄlso I mention Windows 8, because that's what I'm using, and although I assume many are not, I would like mods that work with it. When I'm finally home I'll post the mods I have, as a start. So, I would like either someone who has already modded this game, or people who are thinking about it, to put our heads together and figure out the mods that go to together well for graphics. Then I also realized, even if I found the right parts, I wouldn't really know what was compatible besides trying them one by one! All pakcs say they aren't fully done for all textures, but I feel like that we could find a good set of mods that all compliment each other to make this game as beautiful as possible! I was browsing the mods a bit but was struggling to fit a good set that seemed to compliment each other (as in, replace the textures the others didn't, and finding mods to enhance each part of the graphics, for example, a weather mod, a terrain mod, gun mod, lighting mod, and so on). I swear I'm not a terrible person!) things mostly looked nice.except that the green bench in the middle was 1/10th the resolution of everything around it. When I did the Wasteland explorer theme in Tenpenny (I blew megaton up okay? We've all done it, this isn't my first playthrough. My issues though.is a lot seems incomplete. I've also picked up an animation mod, and a gun retexturing mod. One looked way too brown, and the other seems a bit too bright (the top rated one, midharastic or something like that, seemed a bit brown but I changed to the other top rated realism one quickly, but I'm thinking about checking out the other again). I've also gotten two ENB setups working, and neither are QUITE there for me. So far though, I've found one character enhancement mod, two texture packs, and an eye model improvement. I'm currently at work and this site is unblocked, but not many others, so I can't really get links to the mods I've used or the guide that got it working with windows 8. My questions though, are what do you guys recommend for mods.
